new to the studio?

  • Ascension Studio is located at:

    117 E Oak St #1A, Bozeman, MT 59715

  • Aim to get to the studio 10-15 minutes before the class starts. This gives you time to check in, meet the instructor, and get familiar with the space and equipment.

    • Cycle: Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. If you have cycling shoes with SPD or Delta clips, bring those—otherwise, we offer free rentals.

    • Lift60: Wear tennis shoes, workout clothes, and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided.

    • Sculpt45 / Power45: You can wear tennis shoes or socks (we sell grippy socks in-studio). Bring workout clothes and water.

  • Ascension Studio is all about community and support, so you’ll find everyone—from staff to fellow participants—encouraging and friendly. Everyone started somewhere, so feel free to go at your own pace and enjoy the experience!

  • Yes! We have a mens & womens locker room both with two showers each.

strength questions (Lift60, Sculpt45, Power45)

    • Lift60: Strength-focused with barbells, progressive overload, and tracked programming. (GYM ROOM)

    • Power45: Beat-based strength using heavier compound lifts and structured supersets. (MAT ROOM)

    • Sculpt45: Light weights, high reps, core work, and endurance-based strength—all to the music. (MAT ROOM)

  • Training shoes are required for Lift60. We provide all other equipment, but feel free to bring your own towel or water bottle.

  • Not at all! All three classes are beginner-friendly and fully coach-led. We offer modifications in every session, so whether you’re brand new or experienced, we’ll meet you where you are and help you feel confident every step of the way.

  • Progressive overload means we gradually increase the challenge over time—through weight, reps, or intensity—so your body continues to get stronger. In Lift60, this approach helps you build strength, improve form, and track progress week to week in a safe, structured way.

cycling questions

  • Choreo45 is a rhythm-based ride that includes choreography on the bike—tap-backs, jogs, isolations, and upper-body movement synced to the beat. It’s high-energy, fun, and dynamic. Instructors may include one or no arm songs—it’s their choice.

    Climb45 is a resistance-driven ride focused on heavier climbs, sprints, and interval work. There’s minimal choreography, and it’s all about strength and endurance. Instructors may include one or two arm songs—also their choice.

    Both are 45-minute cardio classes with different focuses and vibes!

personal/small group training

  • Email us at info@ascensionstudiomt.com and we’ll help match you with an available trainer based on your goals and schedule.

  • Pricing varies depending on the trainer and package. We’ll provide specific options once we know what you’re looking for.

  • Have your crew ready! Small Groups are created when you and your friends commit to a consistent training schedule. Email us to get started.

  • Pricing depends on group size, trainer, and frequency. Reach out and we’ll help build a custom plan for your group.

memberships/session passes

  • Personal & Small Group Training:

    • Cancel 24+ hours before: Reschedule or take a free Group60 or Group45 class.

    • Cancel within 24 hours: You can still attend a Group60 or Group45 class, but a 20% drop-in fee applies.

    Lift60 & Spin, Sculpt & Power45 Classes:

    • Cancel 12+ hours before: No penalty.

    • Cancel within 12 hours: $15 fee or loss of class (if on a class pack).

    • No-show: $20 fee.

    Emergency or Illness?
    Let us know ASAP and we’ll waive the fee. Life happens — just keep us in the loop!

  • Yes! You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per calendar year at no charge. Just email us at info@ascensionstudiomt.com at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to request a freeze.

    Need a longer hold? Let us know your situation — we’re happy to work with you!

  • All class packs (5, 10, or 20 sessions) are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Plenty of time to use them at your own pace!

  • Ascension Studio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

    What We Collect:
    • Name, email, phone number, and emergency contact.
    • Health information voluntarily disclosed for fitness programming.
    • Purchase history and class participation.

    How We Use It:
    • To deliver personalized training and class programming.
    • To process billing and manage your account.
    • For communication about classes, schedule changes, or promotions.

    Your Rights:
    • You may request to view or delete your personal data at any time.
    • We will never sell or share your data with third parties.

    Security:
    We use secure systems to store and manage your data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • Unlimited Membership Terms – Sculpt45, Power45 & Lift60 Classes Only


    Unlimited access to Sculpt45, Power45, and Lift60 classes.

    Commitment Period:
    A 3-month minimum commitment is required. After the initial 3 months, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis.

    Cancellation Policy:
    You may cancel anytime after the 3-month commitment. If canceled, re-enrollment will be subject to the current membership rate at the time of return.

    Pause Policy:
    You may request to pause your membership for up to one month per calendar year.
    • A minimum of 7 days' notice is required.
    • During the pause, billing is suspended and access is paused.
    • Billing and access resume automatically once the pause ends.

    Billing:
    Membership dues are charged monthly on the purchase date unless otherwise specified.

    Refund Policy:
    No refunds for unused classes or partial months.

    Session Packages Terms – Sculpt45, Power45 & Lift60 Classes Only


    Expiration:
    Session passes do not expire and may be used at any time.

    Eligible Classes:
    Valid for Sculpt45, Power45, and Lift60 classes only.

    Refund Policy:
    No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or partially used passes.

    Transfer Policy:
    Session passes are non-transferable and may not be shared between clients.

    2-Week Unlimited Intro Offer – $55


    Try any class at Ascension Studio for 2 full weeks.
    • Unlimited access to Sculpt45, Power45, Lift60, spin, and mat-based classes.
    • Valid for new clients only.
    • Begins on your first booked class.
    • Expires 14 days from activation.

    Training Agreement – Personal Training & Small Group Training


    Welcome to Ascension Studio! We’re excited to support you on your fitness journey through personalized or small group coaching focused on strength, confidence, and consistency.

    Session Structure:
    • Duration: All sessions are 60 minutes and include warm-up, workout, and cooldown.
    • Start Time: Sessions begin promptly. If no participant arrives within the first 15 minutes, the session is considered a no-show and will not be rescheduled.

    Cancellation Policy:
    • 24-Hour Notice Required:
      - Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or attend a Group class (Sculpt45, Power45, or Lift60) at no additional cost.
      - Cancellations within 24 hours may still attend a makeup Group class but will be charged 20% of the Group class drop-in rate.

    Vacation Policy:
    If you’re away, you may make up missed sessions in a Group class at no cost.
    Personalized workouts will be provided to help you stay on track.

    Expiration & Payments:
    • All sessions are tracked using a punchcard system and must be used before the listed expiration date based on the package purchased.
    • Sessions do not roll over unless approved due to an emergency on a case-by-case basis.

    Refund Policy:
    • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused or expired sessions.

    Transfer Policy:
    • All packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.

    Instructor Vacation Policy:
    Ascension Studio will take a minimum of two weeks off annually and occasional long weekends. During these times:
    • No sessions will be held.
    • Clients will receive advance notice.
    • Alternative workouts will be provided to help maintain progress.

    Acknowledgment of Terms:
    By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above for both Personal Training and Small Group Training services at Ascension Studio.
